EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Sliding bench upper body workout (see video)
* Afternoon hike

* sweet potato/sunflower seed burger on Ezekiel toast w/ secret sauce (vegan XL-mayo, mustard, ketchup, onion, pickle) tomato & broccoli-slaw
* steamed broccoli & cauliflower
* small glass of plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* half onion-bagel w/ almond butter & pomegranate jam
* 3 pot stickers & almonds
