EXERCISE:

* 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ blueberries, strawberries, beet & pomegranate powder, ground flaxseed, vitamin C powder, few pumpkin seeds & hot water
* Mexi-bowl (pinto beans, rice, raw cabbage, pico salsa, broccoli sprouts & guacamole)
* acai smoothie XL-bowl (too sweet)
* sweet potato / sunflower seed patty (no bun) topped w/ guacamole, tomato, sprouts & served w/ edamame & half tomato
* steamed broccoli & baked mushrooms
* slice of dairy-free veggie pizza
