EXERCISE:

* Afternoon outdoors walk-about

* toasted seeded bagel w/ avocado, tomato, cucumber, arugula, broccoli sprouts, shredded carrots served w/ edamame & fresh strawberries
* Moroccan stew w/ sweet potato, white potato, garbanzo beans, red lentils, fire roated tomatoes, blended cashews, lots of various leafy & root veggies served w/ brown rice & sauerkraut
* plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
