EXERCISE:
* Too busy working & commuting today…

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* two Brazil nuts & one prune
* 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ steamed kale, blueberries, strawberries, beet & pomegranate powder, ground hempseed, vitamin C powder, few walnuts & hot water
* TJ’s sweet potato, chunky chickpea hummus, beet, spinach wrap dipped in guacamole
*  wautéed veggies (chopped broccoli, carrots, green cabbage, red cabbage, jicama, green bell pepper, radish, onion, celery) w/ some balsamic vinegar, then add garbanzo beans, mushrooms, pasta & serve w/ guacamole
* banana w/ cinnamon
