EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Face exercise
* Lift biceps & triceps

* 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ steamed kale, blueberries, beet & pomegranate powder, ground hempseed, vitamin C powder, few walnuts, hot water & splash of almond milk
* grilled Don Lee Farms veggie half-burger patties on open-face pure potato waffle w/ avocado, tomato, broccoli-slaw & sprouts
* plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* XL-choco mint
* gorilla salad w/ lotsa greens, garbanzo beans, palm hearts, shredded carrot, sprouts, broccoli-slaw, radishes, mushrooms, onion, sweet peppers,  avocado, TJ cashew “butter” dressing
* banana w/ cinnamon
* miso veggie noodle soup
