EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* gorilla salad w/ a variety of greens, pinto & garbanzo beans, mushrooms, palm hearts, radishes, onions, avocado, rice, TJ’s cashew “butter” dressing (see ingredients above)
* homemade whole wheat bread w/ guacamole
* banana w/ few choco TJ kitty XL-cookies for people
