EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Few stair flights up/down

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* one banana & one sliced orange
* TJ’s sweet potato, chunky chickpea hummus, beet, spinach wrap dipped in guacamole
* leftover Moroccan soup topped w/ sauerkraut
* hot & sour noodle soup & added broccoli-slaw w/ carrots, mushrooms, onion, tomato, edamame
* sleepy-time banana/cinnamon dessert on my sleepy kitty blanket
