EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Swing kettle bells on vibrating platform
* Outdoor gardening

EATS:
* 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ steamed kale, strawberries, beet & pomegranate powder, ground hempseeds, vitamin C powder, few almonds & hot water
* one Brazil nut & one prune
* potato waffle burger buns w/ sweet potato/sunflower seed patty, tomato, mushrooms, broccoli-slaw, avocado & mustard
* sauerkraut, tomato, asparagus & bbq white beans
* celery & baked (air-fried) corn tortilla strips with mashed potato/avocado/salsa dip
