EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Standing desk most of the day

* scrambled mung egg, potatoes o’brien, steamed brussel sprouts
* XL-commercial vegan burger (hold the cheese, mayo, secret sauce, add mustard), baked potato wedges, plain sparkling water w/ shot of XL-soft drink
