* oatmeal w/ blackstrap molasses, blueberries, walnuts, homemade cashew milk
* leftover potato soup w/ cruciferous veggies
* frozen vegan cardboard flavored XL-pizza (Sweet Earth brand, not at all my favorite, too salty & oily, only convenient b/c I worked all day. Must remember never to buy this brand again.)
