* tofu scramble (extra firm tofu w/ wautéed tomato, onion, garlic, Pico de Gallo, topped w/ sauerkraut & tabasco)
* hunk of sourdough baguette w/ avocado
* homemade potato soup w/ cruciferous veggies & dollop of avocado
* plain sparkling water w/ shot of XL-soft drink

* steamed beans snack (they’re overpriced & out of stock on Amazon, but no worries, I created copycat recipe!)
