EXERCISE:
* Jog outdoors 5k w/ face exercise
* Coconut face spa
* Lift biceps & triceps

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ blueberries, pecans, blackstrap molasses & almond milk
* banana
* small baked frittatas (spinach, shredded potato, tomato, onion, bell peppers, quinoa, almond milk)
* veggie sushi (rice, carrot, avocado, cucumber)
* choco-mint XL-cookie
* leftover very veggie noodle soup (this recipe, but cooked on stovetop)
* pumpkin pie (made w/ coconut milk, coconut XL-sugar, agar-agar, etc)
* sliced orange

In an attempt to free up ICU beds restaurants’ outdoor dining is closing down, non-essential businesses closing, essential businesses reducing occupancy indoors.
