Day 104 of Year 6 Low-SOS Vegan Plan (DAY 124 COVID-19 LOCKDOWN)

[Calif back in lockdown]

EXERCISE:
* Mini-trampoline workout w/ face exercise
* Lift abs
* Stroll outdoors
* Second mini-trampoline freestyle workout

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* watermelon
* vegan XL-pastry
* jackfruit (I just discovered you can freeze it!)
* homemade Moroccan stew (this time I used water, split red lentils, yam, white potato, onion, fresh tomato, canned fire-roasted tomato, kale, broccoli-slaw, Ethiopian seasoning, onion flakes, garlic flakes, kala namak mineral salt, mushrooms, top w/ sauerkraut, lemon & ice cubes later to cool it off b/c it smells so delicious I cannot wait!)
* avocado on sourdough baguette
