EXERCISE:
* Mallwalk w/ O-U-E workout
* NEW RESISTANCE WORKOUT- lower body w/ Machines/TRX Combo (lighter weight, more reps)

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* vegan oatmeal chocolate XL-cookies w/ few almonds
* brown rice & pinto beans sauteed in salsa w/ cabbage, endive, radiccio (and more later in grilled tortilla shells)
* tossed green salad (romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cabbage, endive, carrots, radiccio, craisins, pinenuts) w/ mango/vinegar dressing
* sparkling water w/ some diluted soft XL-drink
* XL-chocolate/coconut ice milk
