EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk mall
* NEW RESISTANCE WORKOUT- back, biceps, shoulders (lower weight, higher reps)
* Bicycle outdoors

WATER:

EATS:
* fresh jackfruit & banana
* few raw walnuts
* butterhead lettuce & Sweet Kale Salad (kale, green cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, chicory, roasted pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries, but not their dressing b/c contains egg)
* Trader Joe’s Green Goddess Dressing (contains little bit of olive XL-oil)
* bowl of salt-free pinto beans w/ quinoa, salsa, avocado & hunk of sourdough XL-bread
