(FOUR DAY ROAD TRIP)

EXERCISES: (over 4 days)
* Multiple powerwalks (indoor & out, upstairs & downstairs, etc)
* Outdoor cycling in heat
* NEW RESISTANCE WORKOUT-back/biceps/shoulders-(upper body #2)
* NEW RESISTANCE WORKOUT-TRX/mini-bands/machines-(lower body #2)

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz (each day)

EATS: (over 4 days)
* Lots & lots of great plantbased meals (including restaurants, produce markets & amazing home salad bar. Likely too much oil – gotta workout extra hard this week!)
