EXERCISE:
* Lift rockbottom
* Kickbox cardio (whew!)

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* smoky potato chickpea stew (w/ added rice, yams instead of russet potatoes, massive amounts of cabbage!)
* avo-toast w/ tomato & Mrs. Dash salt-free
* few bites of stirfry tofu & veggies (had to stop, too XL-salty!)
* oatie-o’s w/ fresh peach & almond milk

… SUN HAS SET …
