An explosive peer-reviewed study has warned that mRNA Covid shots are being incorrectly classified in an effort to bypass regulations for public use.

Researchers behind a study published in the renowned International Journal of Molecular Sciences are urging regulatory agencies to consider the safety issues associated with the rapid approval of COVID-19 vaccines.

They are calling on federal government agencies to correctly classify messenger RNA (mRNA) shots as gene therapy products (GTPs).

The researchers warn that mRNA shots must be correctly labeled as GTPs to prevent pharmaceutical companies from bypassing regulatory standards.

According to the paper, Covid mRNA shots, by mode and action, are gene therapy products and should adhere to different regulatory standards.

What I Eat In A Day | Vegan HCLF (high carb, low fat)

Here’s what this 59-year-old guy who’s been vegan for 20 years typically eats.

I’m 6′ and 155 pounds and I’ve been losing weight due to bicycling, getting a little scrawny lately, so I’m actually currently eating more calories than this.

Black Bean/Lentil Veggie Burger recipe:
3 cups cooked lentils
3 cups cooked black beans
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup raw oats
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup dried/minced onions
2 tsp smoked paprika

Mash ingredients together with potato masher, until desired consistency is reached (need to be able to form into patties). Form mixture into patties, and place on cookie sheet.

Cover and place in refrigerator, for at least an hour (over night is best) Chill and grill!

Best Rice-Free Vegan Sushi Made Simple!

Sushi RECIPE:

4 nori sheets

Quinoa:

4 cups of cooked quinoa

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp date syrup

1 tbsp tahini

Fillings:

Sushi roll #1

avocado, mango, carrots, peppers, microgreens

Sushi roll #2

Instructions:

Combine tahini, date syrup, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl and mix. Add mixture to well cooked quinoa. Place a nori sheet on your sushi mat glossy side down. Make sure your nori is lined up with the edge of the mat. Evenly spread some quinoa mixture to cover your nori sheet, leaving a 1.5- edge uncovered. Line your ingredients up in the center of the quinoa layer (as shown in video) Carefully lift the edge of your sushi mat and begin to guide it over and around your filling, bring the edge of the mat down to meet the edge of your quinoa and gently pull back to tighten your roll. Lift the sushi mat and lay flat. Dampen the edge of your nori sheet with some water and roll to seal your sushi roll. Using a sharp knife, cut your sushi roll into desired thickness. Drizzle with some spicy mayo and/or pesto mayo, and garnish with black sesame seeds. Dip in coconut aminos as desired.

He has a dataset of 7500 people of whom 5625 were vaxxed; 1875 were unvaxxed

Over a period of 6 months (182 days) 15 people died, ALL from the vaxxed group

Of the 15 who died, 4 died within 24 hours of getting the vaccine.

Steve asked what’s the probability of this happening if the vaxx was safe?

Here’s how I answered it using Bayes Theorem to combine the different pieces of evidence. (Note: this assumes the data is accurate, ignores all confounders like age, and assumes the vaxxed and unvaxxed are similar types of people)

Risky! Walking downstairs is more dangerous for young women than others for key reasons, said study

After analyzing 2,400 young adults, either on the short staircase (52% of whom were women) or the long staircase (29% of whom were women), the researchers discovered eight risky behaviors that the young people practiced: 

  1. not using a handrail
  2. not watching the stairs while descending
  3. wearing sandals, flip-flops or high heels
  4. having a conversation with another person or on a smartphone
  5. using an electronic device
  6. keeping hands in pockets
  7. holding something
  8. skipping steps

Four men lost their balance on the long staircase, while one woman did so on the short staircase, but all recovered.

Arbitrator rules in favor of Massachusetts State Police troopers fired for refusing COVID-19 vaccine

Former Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker signed an executive order requiring all executive branch employees to provide proof of vaccination by October 2021 or face disciplinary action, including possible termination.

Eleven Massachusetts State Troopers and one sergeant were fired in April over their refusal to get vaccinated. Their termination came nearly eight months after the vaccine mandate was put into place.

On Friday, an arbitrator ruled in favor of the troopers, resulting in seven of them being given the option to be reinstated.

According to the police union, as part of the award handed down by the arbitrator, the state police must contact all impacted troopers to offer them their previous positions with full back pay retroactive to their initial suspension.

They have also been awarded their full seniority rights and all benefits minus any interim earnings and/or unemployment compensation, according to the union news release.
