easy homemade vegan cashew cream

Add it to your soups, salad dressing, dips, pasta or anything you want to make creamy. 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup raw cashews*

Âœ cup filtered water (use â…” cup if you do not have a high speed blender)

ÂŒ teaspoon fine salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend on the highest speed for 45 seconds.  Scrape down the sides with a mini spatula and blend again for 15 seconds.  

Transfer to an airtight container and place in refrigerator for 4-6 hours to thicken up.  You can use the cashew cream right away but it will be warm from blending and it will have a thinner consistency than if you let it thicken up in the refrigerator.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.

‘Unusual Surge’ in Severe Myocarditis Cases Strikes Newborns and Infants in the UK

The WHO issued a warning regarding an “unusual surge” of myocarditis cases in babies that were born within the United Kingdom.

The increase in myocarditis has been dramatic. A hospital in the South Wales region reported only one myocarditis case in infants and newborns over the past six years.

However, over a span of less than a year, between June 2022 and April 2023, “ten babies under 28 days of age presented with symptoms of myocarditis” at that same hospital.

“I know what you’re thinking at this point,” said Epoch Times host Roman Balmakov. “What could have possibly led to this increase in myocarditis cases in babies during the years 2022 to 2023? Could it have anything to do with the large-scale push to get everyone in the country, including pregnant women, fully vaccinated?”

The World Health Organization (WHO) suspects that the enterovirus could be the cause of this troubling rise in myocarditis rates. However, they recognize that occurrences of myocarditis due to this virus are typically “rare.”

It remains puzzling as to why the WHO is not considering or pursuing an inquiry into whether the experimental vaccine, which has been administered to millions of pregnant women, might potentially be linked to this troubling trend.

The Pfizer Documents detail that â€œtransplacental” exposure to the vaccine can and does happen.

Perhaps the WHO should take a closer look and investigate if this disturbing phenomenon has anything to do with the sudden rise in myocarditis rates among newborns in the UK.

Banana Split Ice Cream – No Sugar or Dairy!

If you do NOT have a Ninja Creami machine â€“ no problem! Freeze this blended liquid concoction in ice cube molds. After freezing it just slightly defrost the cubes & churn (process) them in your food processor, your high powered blender, or try feeding slightly defrosted cubes thru your Yonanas machine. * 3/4 cup mashed ripe bananas

* 3/4 cup mashed strawberries

* 1/4 cup crushed pineapple and juice

* 1 tablespoon cocoa, or cacoa powder to taste – may need to use less

* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract sweetener to taste

* if needed plain unsweetened non-dairy milk, if needed to fill the container to the max line

You don’t even need to blend this – just mash the fruit together in your Ninja Creami pint with the vanilla and mix in enough non-dairy milk to reach the max fill line, and mix again Make sure all the fruit is submerged in the milk.

Freeze 24 hours on a flat surface, then spin on the smoothie or light ice cream setting.
