EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Lift chest and lift back… whew!

WATER: (2) × (32) = 64 oz

EATS:
* leftover gorilla salad (read yesterday’s post for ingredients)
* brown jazmine rice w/ onion, sweet peppers, pineapple and a variety of many healthy veggies
* choco healthy homemade ice cream (made of banana, cashews, almond milk), topped w/ spoonful of coconut cream
* air fried (baked) corn tortilla strips w/ guacamole
