Honest Analysis:
- π exercise rest day important
- π sufficient water
- π great substitute: raw sweet potato “noodles” for wheat
- π lots of healthy veggies & grains in pasta sauce & no oil!
- π grape juice had no added sugar & still watered way down
- π no food after sunset
- π rice better if brown, but π steamed veggies w/ no oil or salt was perfect
- π good eatin’ day
