Honest Analysis:
- 🖒 exercise rest day important
- 🖒 sufficient water
- 🖒 great substitute: raw sweet potato “noodles” for wheat
- 🖒 lots of healthy veggies & grains in pasta sauce & no oil!
- 🖒 grape juice had no added sugar & still watered way down
- 🖒 no food after sunset
- 🖓 rice better if brown, but 🖒 steamed veggies w/ no oil or salt was perfect
- 🖒 good eatin’ day
