* grilled eggplant (w/ edamame, chopped red/green cabbage, carrots, broccoli,jicama, bell pepper, radish, celery, tahini XL-dressing) wrapped in lavish wheat flat XL-bread (I threw away half of bread)
* hot potato salad (boiled potatoes w/ celery, olives, dill relish, pepperoncinis, onion, mustard, vegan XL-mayo, few drops liquid smoke, paprika, garlic, lemon pepper)

* frozen XL-coconut ice “cream”
* steamed corn on cob

… SUN HAS SET …
