## Base Spike Detoxification (BSD) Regimen
The core oral triple-agent regimen proposed by Dr. Peter McCullough and colleagues consists of: [1, 3]
* Nattokinase: 2,000 FU (approx. 100 mg) orally twice daily on an empty stomach. (Aims to degrade spike protein and reduce clotting risks).
* Bromelain: 500 mg orally once daily on an empty stomach. (Aims to help break down proteins and support fibrinolysis).
* Curcumin: 500 mg orally twice daily. Nano, liposomal, or piperine-enhanced formulations are preferred for better absorption to help lower tissue inflammation. [3, 4, 5]
Key Mechanisms
* Proteolytic Cleavage: Nattokinase and bromelain target the breakdown of the spike protein structure.
* Anti-inflammatory: Curcumin helps suppress inflammatory pathways (such as NF-kB) triggered by spike fragments.
* Vascular Support: Helps with the dissolution of microthrombi and provides anticoagulant support. [1, 5]
Note: Medical mainstream organizations note that large-scale, randomized controlled trials for spike detoxification protocols remain limited, and patients taking concurrent blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs must exercise caution with nattokinase. [4, 6]
