–lower body stretch/stengthening
* Body by Stacy ARMS @ gym
* Walk-about 20 minutes indoors

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* Heritage Flakes, rolled oats, plum sauce, strawberries, almond milk
* chopped gorilla salad, mushroom taquitos, avo-salsa, pretzel chips
* sliced peach w/ few shaved almonds
* broccoli ramen soup & only 4 single french XL-fries

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
