EXERCISE:

–lower body stretch/stengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* ice cream sandwich made of high protein chickpea cookies, frozen orange sweet-potato banana ice cream
* Mediterranean chopped salad w/ leftover lemon rice & cashew ranch dressing thinned w/ apple cider vinegar & chickpea liquid
* hearts of palm crispy “mozzarella sticks” dipped in Italian tomato sauce
* plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* grilled veggies, macaroni, potato & salad

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
