* Mediterranean chopped salad w/ leftover lemon rice & cashew ranch dressing thinned w/ apple cider vinegar & chickpea liquid (commonly known as aquafaba)
* ice cream sandwich made of high protein chickpea cookies, frozen orange sweet-potato banana ice cream (made in food processor w/ dash of choco-peanut powder, but no added sweetners)
* brc (black beans, rice, cabbage) grilled burrito w/ plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* small sample – pasta w/ tomato sauce
