–lower body stretch/stengthening
* Unveiling & harvesting entire mulberry bush
* Walk 20 minutes indoors
* Lift back & chest @ gym

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* Heritage Flakes, rolled oats, banana, fresh mulberries, thinly sliced almonds & almond milk
* baked potato topped w/ black beans & wautéed soycurls
* pita toast stuffed w/ hummus, tomato, broccoli-sprouts & baby arugula

… SUN HAS SET …
