EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Powerwalk 40 minutes outdoors under trees
* Ride e-scooter 15 minutes outdoors (not ready exercise, except for balancing!)

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* apricot cobbler
* chopped Mediterranean salad & Israeli pearl couscous w/ apricot & pistachios
* fresh apricots
