EXERCISE:
* Lift biceps/triceps @ gym
* 20 minute walk-about on campus

WATER:

EATS:
* two bananas
* stuffed potato for lunch & supper w/ homemade toppings (black bean veg chili, brown rice, guacamole, almond sour cream, broccoli sprouts)
* small beverage (plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink)
