* Heritage Grains Flake cereal w/ peaches, banana, rolled oats, sliced almonds, walnuts, soy/almond combo milk
* Mediterranean chopped salad w/ grain salad, avocado, bit of homemade cashew dressing
* one XL-Beyond Sausage plant-based link sandwich on organic sourdough toast w/ pico (fresh chopped tomato, onion, pepper), bbq sauce & mustard
* one potato taquito & one mushroom taquito (from Sprouts Mkt) & guacamole
