EXERCISE:
* Lift chest, back, shoulders @ gym (new plan for weight machines:  3 sets of 10 reps w/ light weight, then 3 sets of 3 or 4 w/ VERY heavy)
* Walk-about campus 30 min

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* chopped cruciferous salad w/ arugula, salt-free black beans, thin sliced raw almonds, homemade low-oil dressing
* airpopped popcorn w/ some sweet XL-kernels
* airfried corn tortilla strips w/ guacamole & small icee
* piece of sourdough avocado toast, steamed broccoli & salt-free pistachios

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
