* Jog 4k outdoors
* Powerwalk indoors 20 min

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* very veg-ghetti on whole wheat noodles & side of steamed broccoli
* plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
*leftover oat-choco cake & banana
* plain airpopped popcorn

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
