* Lift triceps & shoulders @ gym
* 20 minute walk-about on campus
* 1hr 45min walk-about outdoors

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* banana & 3 tangerines
* leftover Grandmother Moroccan stew w/ extra veggies, airfried falafel, 9 grain sourdough, guacamole
* plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
*leftover oat-choco cake

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
