* Ab-Coaster (looks like this)
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/stengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* oatmeal, strawberries, shaved almonds, water
* pinto beans, rice, steamed broccoli, Mediterranean chopped salad, sauerkraut, salsa, whole wheat organic sourdough toast w/ avocado
* pistachios & red grapes
* one small baked & airfried potato

… SUN HAS SET …
