EATS:
* smoothie (green salad, kale, rolled oats, banana, blueberries, few almonds, single date, water)
* bean bowl on top of chopped salad (pinto, rice, avocado, cilantro, romaine lettuce, chicory, broccoli stalk, cauliflower, red cabbage, carrot, lemon juice), steamed broccoli, airfried oilfree corn tortilla chips, salsa, soft XL-drink
* sliced oranges
