EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk outdoors 25 minutes
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/stengthening
–building hip strength
* Ab-coaster workout

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* vampire juice (beets, carrots, apple, orange, celery) – Delish! I recall serving it w/ dry ice for Aliens in the Desert sleepover in 2019!!
* fresh jackfruit!!  ❤️
* mushroomi sandwich w/ tomato, broccoli-alfalfa sprouts, avocado, homemade sandwich spread on 9 grain sourdough toast
* breaded broccoli & corkscrew potatoes from XL-frozen, airfried
* thin slice of XL-cheese birthday cake for family ❤️
* spaghetti soup w/ red cabbage, yellow onion, turnip, kale, carrot, celery, mushrooms, organic whole wheat noodles, throw in some sauerkraut & fresh lemon & served w/ avocado toast
