EXERCISE:
* IR red light therapy via rebounding outdoors early morning
* Vibration platform multiple 10 minute sessions
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/stengthening
* Resistance training on TRX straps (back, chest, shoulders)
* Ab-coaster (see photo here)
* Standing desk most the day

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* banana & fresh strawberries
* wautéed soycurls, mushrooms, spinach, tomato, onion, salsa) w/ baked corn tortilla strips, avocado-salsa, garlic clove & pineapple juice
* few pistachios

… SUN HAS SET …

* small veg burrito (beans, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, red sauce & dab of guacamole on XL-flour tortilla) w/ few XL-fried potatoes & 1/4 cup iced XL-soft drink

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
