–lower body stretch/stengthening

* Standing desk all day!
* Afternoon bicycle ride outdoors

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* 9 grain sourdough avocado toast
* sweet potato sushi
* sliced orange
* firehouse chili, gorilla salad, avocado toast w/ mushrooms & tomato
* few pistachios
