EXERCISE:
* IR red light therapy via outdoor rebounding at sunrise
* Ab-coaster (see photo)
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/stengthening
* Standing desk all day!

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* banana
* oatmeal w/ blueberries, sliced peach, thinly sliced almonds, hot water
* leftover spaghetti veggie soup w/ 9 grain sourdough toast w/ sliced tomato & pizza seasoning

… SUN HAS SET …

* one mushroom taquito (airfried from frozen)
* lowfat/lowsweet choco-peanut pudding (2t PB Pure powder, 1t unsweetened cacao powder, drizzle of date paste, few drops of water)

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
