* oatmeal w/ blueberries, walnuts, marinated mushroom, hot water
* leftover spaghetti veggie soup w/ homemade cornbread, plain sparkling water w/ single shot of soft XL-drink
* fresh orange slices
* gorilla cruciferous salad w/ black rice, chopped baked potato, small avocado, lemon, etc
