EXERCISE:
* IR red light therapy via heel- bouncing 20 minutes outdoors on rebounder for lymphatic circulation early morning
* Total Gym – biceps, shoulders (pull/press & prone/supine)
* 15 minute powerwalk indoors
* IR red light therapy bike riding outdoors 15 minutes late afternoon

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* rolled oats, blueberries, banana, thinly sliced almonds & water
* brc burrito (pinto bean, rice, cabbage – peel-off & throw away all the tortilla)
* Mexi-bowl (pinto bean, rice, cabbage, salsa, chopped gorilla salad, sauerkraut, avocado) w/ whole wheat pita on side

… SUN HAS SET …

* unsweetened apple sauce

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
