* Meati brand mushroomi maple patty on two-half sourdough muffins w/ avocado, tomato, onion
* banana/choco lowfat ice dream (blitz frozen bananas w/ PB2 Pure peanut powder, cacao powder, date paste, water)
* Indian Basmati rice/lentil mix w/ lots of broccoli, whole wheat pita bread, avocado, cucumber marinated in lemon salt water & kiwi
