* Lift on TRX canvas straps (back, chest, biceps, trunk)

EATS:
* melon chunks
* Actual Veggie burger on sourdough English muffin w/ avocado, tomato & served w/ leftover black beans & wild rice
* gorilla salad w/ chopped-up baked potato, lemon & avocado
* cheese-free veg pizza
