–lower body stretch/stengthening
* power-walk 20 minutes outdoors

WATER:

EATS:
* leftover Moroccan (grandmother) stew w/ wild rice & sauerkraut served w/ teff injera & 9 grain sourdough w/ avocado 
* rolled oats, blueberries, thinly sliced almonds, warm water
* one potato taquito w/ salsa
