* rolled oats, defrosted mango, defrosted blueberries, thinly sliced almonds, warm water & banana
* one potato taquito (airfried from frozen) served w/ one corn tortilla cut into strips w/ salsa
* homemade Moroccan (grandmother) stew served w/ 9 grain sourdough avocado toast
* lowfat dark choco / PB Fudge (no nuts) w/ strawberries
