* Poweralk 4 miles indoors
* Vibration platform 10 minute loop sessions
* Lift dumbbells (shoulders, biceps, triceps)
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/stengthening
* Tai-Chi walking indoors

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* rolled oats, defrosted mango, defrosted blueberries, thinly sliced almonds, warm water & banana
* one potato taquito (airfried from frozen) served w/ one corn tortilla cut into strips w/ salsa
* homemade Moroccan  (grandmother) stew served w/ 9 grain sourdough avocado toast 
* lowfat dark choco / PB Fudge (no nuts) w/ strawberries
