* sandwiches (filled w/ wautéed onions, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh arugula, broccoli sprouts, sliced tomato & cucumber on 9 grain sourdough w/ mustard)
* mug of leftover cabbage veggie soup & fresh radishes
