–lower body stretch/stengthening

WATER:

EATS:
* rolled oats, peach, blueberries & thinly sliced almonds
* leftover veggie spaghetti
* dairy-free pizza w/ pineapple/mushroom & chopped gorilla salad
* unsweetened applesauce
