EATS:
* rolled oats, banana, strawberries & few almonds
* dairyfree ice cream
* veg-avocado sushi
* old world veg-cabbage soup w/ avocado sourdough toast
* stirfry veggies, mashed potato,  stuffing & sweet potato pie
