EXERCISE:

* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/stengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* banana & red grapes
* black-eyed peas chili w/ teff injera, avocado, tomato, plain sparkling water w/ one shot of soft XL-drink
* plain airpopped popcorn w/ a few popped kernels of XL-sweetened popcorn tossed-in
* pistachios
* flatbread open-faced sandwich on piece of whole wheat pita (topped w/ avocado, bit of black-eyed peas chili, grilled chik’n seasoned soycurls, tomato, onion, salsa, jalapeño, tomato)
