–lower body stretch/ stengthening

WATER:

EATS:
* banana
* whole wheat organic noodles w/ Italian tomato sauce, mushrooms, nutritional yeast
* veggie burger w/ mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle (patty made from sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, onions, celery, spinach &  sunflower seeds)
* onion XL-rings w/ natural ketchup & plain sparkling water w/ one shot of soft XL-drink
* red grapes

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
